Selects to optimize the scan unmuting algorithm having to do with SecureNet™ (Non-ASTRO) encoded calls. The algorithm is also based on the selected Unmute Type setting for the current Conventional Personality. This functionality applies when attempting to unmute on Scan List Member (Conventional only) channels. This selection applies for the current Conventional Personality.
When the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware", and
when the Rx Voice / Signal Type field is "Non-ASTRO", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
